
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive organisational culture. They will also develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, design and implement training programs, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for various roles within the real estate sector.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the real estate sector.

- Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
