Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the specific requirements outlined by Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for collaborating closely with Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders to understand the specific qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
  • Utilize job boards, such as Indeed and other relevant platforms, to search for potential candidates.
  • Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
  • Review and analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously.
  • Seeking candidates with IT recruitment experience.
  • 2 – 6 years relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software.
