Project Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value projects for our global clients.

  • Leading the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Building and managing strong client relationships to ensure stakeholder trust.
  • Delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipating and managing risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improving delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentoring and guiding teams to drive efficiency and quality.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.

Additional qualifications include experience managing AI projects and/or working with US clients, domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom, and familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
