We're scaling our business fast and developing innovative software as a service tools designed to solve real-world challenges. As we prepare to launch new products, we're looking for a confident and strategic Business Expansion Manager who can take our offerings to market with significant impact.

About the Role
  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target customer profiles and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a comprehensive business expansion roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and key performance indicators.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand for our products.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define key performance indicators, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize business expansion effectiveness.
  • Customer & Competitive Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business expansion, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in software as a service.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of business expansion frameworks: positioning, messaging, target customer profiles, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
