Job Title: Growth and Go To Market Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, product-oriented professional to lead our multiple projects. As Growth and Go To Market Strategist, you will own the end-to-end GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.
- Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
