This position is responsible for leading the development of business strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to translate data into actionable insights. They should also possess excellent communication and project management skills.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential segments and assess competitive positioning.
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
- Lead strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance.
- Implement CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization to improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
