Business Development Executive

Key Role:

The Business Development Executive will spearhead the expansion and growth of our partner agencies through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance agency performance, drive revenue growth, and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies, driving collaboration and mutual success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies, ensuring staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
