Key Role Overview

The Centre of Excellence is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to provide administrative support to our Content Head. This full-time role involves planning and executing multi-channel content programs, managing projects, and overseeing daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, manage internal communications, and ensure process efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Communications: Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management Skills: Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and execution.
  • Content Creation and Management: Strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational Experience: Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is preferable.
