Job Summary

At Gamut HR Solutions, we seek a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to spearhead our Human Resources initiatives. This pivotal role demands a professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business results through strategic talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages to support the well-being of our workforce.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute annual review processes to foster growth, development, and recognition among employees.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our employees, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process for new employees, from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Budget Analysis: Monitor and analyze department budgets to optimize resource allocation and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Departmental Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure all employees adhere to our HR policies, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Policy Development: Create new HR policies and update existing ones to align with industry best practices and company goals.
  • Termination and Separation: Oversee the employee termination process, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company procedures.
  • Counseling and Development: Provide guidance and support to employees as needed, promoting growth and development within the organization.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize events and conferences to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among employees.
  • Workplace Safety: Manage workplace safety issues and complaints, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Attendance and Time Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time management, promoting accountability and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Software Proficiency: Working experience with HR Management software, such as Jobsoid.
  • HR Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Labour Laws: Outstanding knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Critical Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional active listening skills, with the ability to demonstrate good leadership and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
