Senior Dynamics CRM Leader

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer.
  • Proficiency in Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus.
  • Strong experience in SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is highly desirable but not essential.
