Lead Business Intelligence Professional

Business Intelligence Lead.
Overview:
We seek an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) professional to lead our finance department's reporting functions. Deliver actionable financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
- Develop dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to management.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
- Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, prepare board presentations, and contribute to risk review meetings.
- Implement and improve BI processes using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.
- Stay up-to-date with technology, regulatory changes, and best practices in data reporting.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in BI, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
