We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our pre-sales and solution consulting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT products, particularly supply chain solutions, with at least 10 years of experience.
- This individual must be able to collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
- The selected candidate will lead complex opportunities, providing hands-on support for RFPs, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value proposition.
- They will offer consultative support during the sales process, highlighting solution value, best practices, scalability, and return on investment (RoI).
- This role requires guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to maximize value from proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by introducing best practices and standardization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
