Assistant Manager - Talent & Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our talent development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • To drive participation in annual employee engagement surveys and action planning processes.
  • Coordinate with employee work groups to plan and implement specific actions.
  • Develop and implement culture-building exercises aligned with the organization's purpose, vision, mission, values, and competency framework.
  • Schedule and execute employee engagement activities for the organization.
  • Support the development of the organization's wellbeing agenda and help build a culture of wellbeing.
  • Assist in deploying EVP-related actions for the organization.
  • Deliver and drive the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
  • Create tactical plans and actions to promote equitable DEI practices.
  • Benchmark workplace policies and procedures to ensure inclusivity.
  • Source, hire, and retain talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Design and run programs to build an inclusive organization culture.
  • Oversee external partnerships, memberships, and networking relationships.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and closure.
  • Coordinate communication efforts to drive awareness and adoption of PMS.
  • Track completion, resolve queries, and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of the process.
  • Help implement Talent Management and Development frameworks and actions thereof.
  • Support Campus recruitment and Internship programs for the organization.
  • Conceive, develop, and implement a learning agenda for the organization.
  • Design and implement learning programs across various topics.
  • Provide end-to-end support in implementing and managing Learning and Talent modules in Oracle Fusion HRMS.
  • Manage vendors and contracts for the department.
  • Lead the annual budgeting exercise for the department.
