Key responsibilities:

  • Design & develop comprehensive training programs or course materials
  • Facilitate career development discussions and create individual development plans collaborating with Talent Management lead
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness
  • Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs
  • Work closely with department heads, and leadership to align L&D initiatives with organizational objectives

Requirements:

This professional will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's business goals and support its talent acquisition, retention, and development objectives.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 4-8 Yrs of experience of Talent Management administration for multinational corporations
  • Exposure to transition/offshoring of L&D/Talent Management activities would be preferred
  • Preferably experience from manufacturing or FMCG sector

Required skills:

  • Good Communication & Leadership skills
  • Highly motivated, creative thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
  • Good at time management, verbal, and written communication skills
