Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at RRFCL in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for generating revenue through B2B sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies across all channels, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • To acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.
  • To schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of insurance products.
  • Fresher graduates from B. Com., MBA, or BBA with internship experience in the same field are preferred.
