Role Overview

This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with our organization, leveraging expertise in account management, lead generation, and sales operations. As a key player in driving business growth, you will collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales revenue and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales within the Maharashtra region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
Salary & Benefits
