Job Description

Hellowork Consultants is seeking an ambitious Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.
  • Your goal will be to increase revenue and expand our market share in the recruitment industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management

As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in need of recruitment services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Pitching recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiating terms of contracts.
Market Research & Lead Generation

You will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor activities.
  • Generating and qualifying leads by networking, cold calling, or attending industry events and job fairs.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential clients and regularly following up with prospects.
Sales & Revenue Generation

In addition, you will:

  • Achieve sales targets through client acquisition and retention.
  • Create strategies to convert leads into clients and ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements to prospective clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
