Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Create and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding business in existing ones.
- Business Development & Relationship Management
- Pitch staffing/recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing value propositions and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Team & External Client Handling
- Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in client interaction and business development practices.
- Reporting & Market Insights
- Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new growth opportunities.
- Present performance insights and business strategies to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing business models and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR services.
