Strategic Growth Director

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Director to lead the execution of market segment strategy and drive growth initiatives in the biotechnology industry.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and be highly skilled in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
