Strategic Growth Manager

Seeking an experienced professional to lead business development initiatives in the staffing and recruitment industry.

  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing business relationships.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development/sales within the staffing & recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing business models and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR services.
