- Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
- Document interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
- You should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management is essential.
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are necessary.
