As a key player in our international customer support operations, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to customers across different countries. Your primary objective will be to ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries, handling complaints, and providing timely solutions in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via email, chat, and phone for international customers, showcasing exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, payments with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company policies and international data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, even in stressful situations.
  • Update customer records and interactions in CRM systems accurately and timely, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics).
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and resolution time, reflecting your ability to work effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO or shared service environment, is highly desirable.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software, are necessary for effective record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
