Technical Support Lead

Key Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues.

Additionally, they will be skilled at identifying root causes, structuring logical recommendations for operational improvements, and comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to customers and stakeholders regarding technical queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.
  • Reporting and project configuration experience.
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment.
