Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Advocate to provide exceptional support to our customers.


This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer emails and phone calls, maintaining accurate customer records, and proactively reaching out to customers to understand their needs.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements
