Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive, located in Agra, Kanpur & Varanasi. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support throughout the sales and after-sales process. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing detailed information about Mercedes-Benz products and services, and maintaining a high level of customer care and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Customer Support and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Agra / Kanpur / Varanasi
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Candidates with experience working with luxury brands, particularly Mercedes-Benz or similar high-end automotive companies, will be highly considered. This experience demonstrates an understanding of premium customer expectations, sophisticated product knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service."
