Job Description

As a Strategic Growth Officer, you will play a critical role in driving our sales and business growth. You will be responsible for attracting new clients and building strong relationships with them, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with our company vision and mission to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones through regular communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and improve business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent market research and analysis skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage client relationships and data.
