**Job Description**

Wealth Management is a dynamic and rapidly evolving field, requiring professionals who can navigate complex financial markets and provide expert advice to high net worth clients. As a Strategic Client Growth Professional, you will be responsible for:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high net worth clients through exclusive product offerings and exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized wealth management solutions and expert financial advice.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients, maximizing revenue growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios, ensuring optimal investment strategies and maximizing returns.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, targeting high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute successful micro-events and campaigns to acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships.

Financial and Product Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes, ensuring expertise in financial markets and products.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including debt structures, equities, mutual funds, and real estate investments.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed as a Strategic Client Growth Professional, you will need:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial markets and products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in financial software and tools.

**Benefits and Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
