Role Overview

Silkroutech Solutions Pvt Limited, a leading Cross Border Trade Tech Platform, seeks an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join its Bengaluru team.

This is a full-time on-site opportunity that entails account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales operations and lead generation with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Cross Border Trade and Export-Import processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 based on industry standards and location.
