Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to drive customer satisfaction and expansion. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support and Product Management teams.
  • Help customers create tailored growth strategies, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical experience in the relevant field with good analytical and project management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
