Job Title: Business Growth Strategist We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the growth story of a new-age brand that's reshaping how the world experiences purity. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketplace growth, performance marketing, sales and conversions, as well as optimizing everything to ensure the brand wins visibility and trust. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Build and manage relationships with leading digital shelves to increase visibility and trust.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive ad strategies with a laser focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
  • Optimize Everything: From product listings to conversion funnels, ensure the brand always wins visibility and trust.
  • Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights then translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms, new partnerships, and new opportunities to scale the brand's story far and wide.
 You're the Right Fit If You: 
  • Have 4-7 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth, quick-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Have scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands (extra brownie points if in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods).
  • Know how to balance numbers and storytelling you live in data dashboards but also think like a marketer.
  • Can talk Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and ROAS like second nature, but also understand brand equity and consumer love.
