Job Title: Chief Business Strategist

The ideal candidate will spearhead strategic development and execution for our online business. As a senior executive, you will shape our business strategy across channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement to elevate our online luxury website.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales, marketing, business development, and monitoring key performance metrics. Additionally, you will develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead product and pricing decisions.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads for profitable business performance.
  • Partner with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
  • Review performance on KPIs–performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.

Requirements:

  • Leadership role with a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Creative & Content.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
