Job Description

As a seasoned Finance Manager, you will leverage 8-10 years of experience in analysis, accounting and management reporting roles to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Director in all financial matters, including month-end close and reporting, business planning, forecasting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Act as a trusted business partner for commercial and financial decision-making, challenging profitability to drive future performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, tools and systems to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams and operational managers to provide financial support, guidance and challenge to drive performance improvement and value creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills:
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the division and group.
  • Provide analytical insights to identify opportunities for change and efficiency improvements.
  • Accuracy in reporting and adherence to deadlines.
  • Understanding of customer landscapes and drivers to provide contract/service pricing, cash and margin optimization recommendations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
