  • Drive financial strategies to enhance margins and deliver sustainable growth

Capital Allocation & Investment Management

  • Optimize capital structure and ensure healthy ROI through effective investment evaluation

Financial Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting, aligning with statutory and board requirements

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, as well as manage operational and regulatory risks

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align actions with long-term organizational goals

Experience, Education & Other Info

  • Minimum 20 years of finance leadership experience with strong business controlling and financial management exposure
  • At least 5 years as a Business Controller or Finance Leader in a large organization
  • Educational qualifications: CA or ICWA; MBA is an added advantage
