Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team.

This strategic leadership role combines financial expertise, investor relations, and business vision to drive company growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Capital Markets & Investor Relations:
    • Develop and implement capital raising strategies for business expansion and strategic initiatives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
    • Create compelling investment narratives and financial models.
    • Oversee due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and deal closure processes.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy:
    • Drive the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
    • Identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Financial Operations & Compliance:
    • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
    • Lead and develop the finance team.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • 5 years as CFO or Head of Finance in a high-growth company.
  • Proven track record in raising capital via private equity or venture capital.
  • Experience managing complex financial transactions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and investor expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • IPO Experience is mandatory.
