Academic Sales Professional

At the International Olympiad Academy, we are dedicated to empowering students to excel in global competitions. Our dynamic sales team plays a crucial role in promoting our Olympiad programs and engaging with potential participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our Olympiad programs to educational institutions, enabling students to participate in our competitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate and inform potential participants about our programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participant information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in B2S (Business to School) sales experience in academic products to schools.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
