**Job Summary**:
The Quality Control (QC) Faculty member is responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in the principles and practices of quality control within an academic setting. This role involves developing curriculum, delivering lectures, conducting practical labs, evaluating student performance, and staying current with industry standards and advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:

- Ensure the curriculum meets academic standards and industry requirements.
- Update course content to reflect current trends and advancements in quality control.

2. Teaching and Instruction:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures, seminars, and workshops on QC topics.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions to provide hands-on experience with QC tools and techniques.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

3. Student Assessment:

- Develop and administer assessments, including exams, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.

4. Mentorship and Guidance:

- Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
- Provide support for student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities and professional organizations.

5. Industry Collaboration:

- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and organizations.
- Coordinate guest lectures, industry visits, and internships to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate on research projects and industry-driven initiatives.

6. Research and Development:

- Engage in research activities related to quality control and assurance.
- Publish findings in academic journals and present at conferences.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in QC and incorporate them into teaching.

7. Quality Assurance:

- Participate in the accreditation process and ensure compliance with academic standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes within the department.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs.

8. Administrative Duties:

- Attend faculty meetings, committees, and other academic events.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies.

9. Professional Development:

- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in an industrial or academic setting.
- Strong understanding of QC principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver curriculum that meets academic and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using QC software and laboratory equipment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools.
- Active involvement in professional organizations and industry groups.
- Published research in the field of quality control or related areas.

**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
