
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

As a seasoned expert in customer data platforms, you will drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across CDP initiatives.
This role involves shaping client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering data-driven customer experience programs.
You will own the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Leadership & Strategy
- Owning the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development.
- Partnering with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
- Nurturing CXO-level relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
- Consulting & Solutioning
- Translating business objectives into CDP use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Leading discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients.
- Designing CDP architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.
- Providing digital analytics guidance for assigned accounts.
- Managing relationships with clients and partners and identifying opportunities for new data sources.
- Ensuring proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns.
- Advising on, building, and maintaining complete documentation for all projects.
- Practice & People Development
- Mentoring cross-functional teams on CDP use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement.
- Contributing to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events.
- Building alliances with CDP vendors to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
- Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar).
- Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
