- Cultivate a proactive order follow-up culture and implement efficient payment recovery mechanisms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest products to enhance sales performance.
- Develop a comprehensive response mechanism for customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly.
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, or any graduate qualification.
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
