We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to drive our mission of empowering women through employment opportunities.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join our team and play a critical role in driving growth, partnerships, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development:
    • Identify and secure partnerships with top-tier corporates and organizations aligned with our mission.
    • Develop strategies to onboard and engage clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
    • Explore new market opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate our platform and achieve their diversity hiring goals.
    • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with Client Service and Tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and platform usage.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Revenue and Target Management:
    • Achieve revenue targets by driving client acquisition and retention.
    • Negotiate and close deals that benefit both our project and its clients.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our platform and its technical capabilities.
    • Collaborate with clients to integrate their systems or adapt their hiring processes to maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Advocacy for Women's Empowerment:
    • Represent our mission in industry events, forums, and client meetings as a champion for women's workforce participation.
    • Develop proposals and presentations that highlight our impact and value proposition.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
