We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to drive our mission of empowering women through employment opportunities.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join our team and play a critical role in driving growth, partnerships, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and secure partnerships with top-tier corporates and organizations aligned with our mission.
- Develop strategies to onboard and engage clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Explore new market opportunities to expand our reach.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate our platform and achieve their diversity hiring goals.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with Client Service and Tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and platform usage.
- Provide market insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Revenue and Target Management:
- Achieve revenue targets by driving client acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate and close deals that benefit both our project and its clients.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of our platform and its technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to integrate their systems or adapt their hiring processes to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Advocacy for Women's Empowerment:
- Represent our mission in industry events, forums, and client meetings as a champion for women's workforce participation.
- Develop proposals and presentations that highlight our impact and value proposition.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
