
Territory Business Developer

To achieve success in this role, you will be responsible for expanding the distribution network within your assigned territory. This includes managing the existing dealer network, meeting daily requirements, and collecting payments to reduce outstanding balances.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Secure orders from dealers as per assigned targets.
- Collect payments and minimize outstanding amounts.
- Evaluate and resolve any credit note discrepancies with dealers.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts with dealers.
- Expand the dealer network by identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for field growth through signboards, painter meets, and other initiatives.
- Inform dealers about new schemes and target products.
- Facilitate regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, painters, etc., for business development purposes.
- Ensure adequate product visibility at counters.
- Submit daily reports in CRM systems.
- Achieve targeted weighted reach and numeric reach in your assigned territory.
- Attain targeted CCD reach in your territory.
