Job Description

This position is responsible for finding new channel partners in the territory and onboarding them. The successful candidate will meet targeted numbers of additions to the channel partner database, educate partners about brand and projects, share updates with existing partners, improve partner experience, motivate partners for increased site inquiries, and develop positive relationships with partners to build business.

Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal staff for competency mapping exercises by ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job functions effectively.
  • Train new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and can perform their duties efficiently.
  • Build a strong team by understanding concerns and resolving issues that may impact productivity or morale.
  • Share market knowledge with executives to help inform business decisions.
  • Maintain discipline and smooth workflow coordination at sites to ensure efficient operations.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings to stay informed about ongoing projects and initiatives.
