Job Description

Tata Tele Business Services is looking for Partner Manager- Acquisition to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and initiate potential partnerships with external organizations, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of their needs and goals
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations to establish partnership terms, including agreements on collaboration, financial terms, and performance metrics
- Ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's objectives
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive partner experience
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies that support business goals
- Provide input on marketing, sales, and product strategies to maximize the impact of partnerships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to coordinate partnership activities and ensure seamless execution
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement systems to monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all partnerships comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partnerships
