Job Overview:

Territory Sales Leader

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in achieving business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include developing business through various channels, such as DSA counselors, bank branches, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Develop business from different channels like DSA Counselors, Bank Branches, and Digital Platforms.
  • Drive cross-selling of products and services.
  • Maintain team productivity through training and performance improvement.
  • Train partners on product offerings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the assigned area.
  • Recommend enhancements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Attract and retain top talent for key roles within their reporting structure.

Success Metrics: Achieve targeted revenue growth with the right mix of yield, fee, customers acquired, and team productivity.
