Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Develop business from different channels like DSA Counselors, Bank Branches, and Digital Platforms.
- Drive cross-selling of products and services.
- Maintain team productivity through training and performance improvement.
- Train partners on product offerings.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the assigned area.
- Recommend enhancements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies.
- Attract and retain top talent for key roles within their reporting structure.
Success Metrics: Achieve targeted revenue growth with the right mix of yield, fee, customers acquired, and team productivity.
