Channel Sales Development Manager

As a Channel Sales Development Manager at HappyFox, you will play a key role in developing and managing new and existing partner relationships. You will work closely with teams across HappyFox to position our products, maximize sales and revenue growth from our strategic channel partners, and drive partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and channel efforts, provide training and support to partners, and resolve conflicts in a timely and ethical manner.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions to inform our channel sales strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth, retention, and churn through effective partner management and sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 3+ years of channel sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong partner relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships and influence others to drive a common goal.
