Job Title: Proposal Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage proposals for our engineering services and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, including gathering customer requirements and negotiating prices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes.
  • Ensure all proposals meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP / ERP software.
  • Knowledge of hose pipes, valves, fittings, hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specifications.
