About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in preparing and submitting high-quality proposals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining proposal concepts, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development: Determine proposal concept by identifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare proposals by writing, revising, and editing drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
  • Project Management: Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal.
  • Communication: Coordinate requirements with contributors and contribute proposal status information to review meetings.
  • Risk Management: Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
