Imaging Professionals Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Subject Matter Expert to join our Business Development Operations team at an Imaging Technology and Clinical Research Organization (iCRO). Our organization is dedicated to advancing imaging science, technology, and services to bring curative technologies to humankind.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry is required. The successful candidate will be able to optimize proposal design, identify opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation, and communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality proposals and contracts that align with study protocols and integrate scientific best practices.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings and industry conferences, supporting business growth and strong sponsor relationships.
  • Manage proposal development, including RFPs/RFIs, and contracts for prospects and clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
