We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
- Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking (dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
