The role of Senior Partnership Account Manager – Financial Institutions will drive the growth and performance of complex partnership accounts, serving as a technical consultant, business advisor, and implementer of partner-facing business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic relationships with financial institution partners, aligning their goals with our organization's objectives;
  • Implement programs for partner engagement, including onboarding, capacity building, and impact measurement;
  • Provide technical guidance and advisory support to partners on inclusive financial products and delivery models;
  • Monitor partner performance against agreed milestones and prepare regular reports on partnership status;

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, minimum seven years' experience in microfinance or rural banking, and demonstrated experience managing partnerships and large loan portfolios.
