Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding and Management: End-to-end management of partner onboarding, including documentation, deliverables, invoicing, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Primary point of contact for all partner-related queries, communications, and escalations.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Meeting strict deadlines related to publishing reports, sharing partner listings, and fulfilling time-sensitive requests.
  • Contract Verification: Contract verification to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational terms before activation.
  • Quality Assurance: Quality checks by calling newly onboarded partners to verify onboarding experience, clarify details, and ensure they meet predefined standards and service-level expectations.
  • Inconsistencies and Escalation: Identifying and escalating any inconsistencies, concerns, or red flags observed during partner calls.
  • Communication Records: Maintaining records of all communication for audit and quality assurance purposes.
  • Partner Database: Updating and maintaining the partner database, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Reward Terms and Conditions: Ensuring that all reward terms and conditions (T&Cs) are accurately recorded, updated in real-time, easily accessible, and fully compliant with company policies.
  • Regular Reporting: Preparing regular reports summarizing invoice status, payment history, and outstanding balances.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with finance and accounts teams to support smooth reconciliation processes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring data integrity and updating records promptly to reflect any changes or corrections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Any Discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Partnerships Account management, client success / Servicing or Relationship Management roles.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term relationships. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in commonly used formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, and basic data analysis functions.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in task prioritization and time management, ensuring high-quality execution under pressure. Flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic settings.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, Client Servicing, operations, and business development.
